These forms are required for any delegate attending DMUNC! If we do not receive the proper forms for each of your students by April 28th they will not be able to participate.
To ensure that your delegates ARE able to participate please adhere closely to the following instructions:
- Send a single email (either from your advisor’s email or head delegate’s email) for your school titled “school name + Student Consent Forms”
- Within this single email you will attach a separate file for each of your students with their completed forms. These files should be titled “student first name + last name + country/character assignment + Consent Form”.
- Send this email to the DMUNC head of delegate services at: dmuncdelegateservices@gmail.com
Also, just as a reminder all background guides have been officially finished and are ready to be uploaded!
