DMUNC XXI

The Cuban Revolution JCC – Batista’s Loyalists

Committee Description

It is 1957, President Batista has been leading Cuba for the past five years since his military coup. Although some may call him a dictator, you believe he is the rightful and needed ruler of Cuba. However, recent intelligence suggests there is a revolution against Batista beginning in the Sierra Maestra mountains in Cuba. It is up to you to defeat these pesky rebels and keep Batista in power. Delegates will have to use their unique skill sets in both the front and back rooms to work together to defeat Castro’s Rebels all while keeping the Cuban people happy and in line. They will be competing against Castro’s Rebels to keep the status quo and keep their power over Cuba.
