Topic A: Regulation over Cyber/Electronic Warfare
This topic will focus on building more specific, comprehensive international regulations and rules for cyber warfare and electronic warfare. The discussion around this topic will be carried out based on the purpose of defining hostile cyber/electronic actions(which can count as acts of war), defining acceptable means of cyber/electronic attacks, understanding consequences of such actions, and creating an initial plan for regulating hostile cyber/electronic actions.
Topic B: Countermeasures against International Arms Trafficking
This topic will focus on creating plans and solutions to fight against international arms trafficking. The discussion around this topic will be carried out on the purpose of eliminating cross border arms sales that aren’t approved/recognized by a legit political entity, and preventing terrorism groups from obtaining weapons through various sources, considering today’s situation on different warfares and conflicts around the globe.
